Structured. Embedded. Essential.

A note from the founder

August 2026

We’re excited to share a milestone with our clients and partners: MECE Solutions has now successfully delivered 100 projects, most of them in partnership with leading consulting companies across the region.

We work embedded, not at arm’s length. Our teams operate inside client platforms, templates, governance structures, and quality standards, and deliver output that is ready for immediate use at partner and client level. That proximity is what allows us to reason from evidence to a client-specific implication, rather than hand over research.

Our consultants are trained in structured thinking first — MECE logic, SCR storytelling, problem architecture — before they touch any engagement. AI tools come after that foundation is in place. The sequence is deliberate.

AI gives us speed. Judgment is the product.

Practically, that comes in three shapes: rapid response for the next ten working days, weekly pricing once the work runs longer, and a monthly retainer when you need us always on. I look forward to exploring how we can support your future work.

Best regards,

Vladimir

How we work

We are invisible by design. The work carries your name. We help shape the thinking behind it.

Note

MECE teams are organized around the work — not by seniority. Every engagement runs through one manager who owns quality, timeline and the relationship.

Two head silhouettes, one tangled and one ordered into a spiral

The core distinction

AI gives us speed.
Judgment is the product.

MECE does not position itself as a firm that uses AI. Almost every firm will claim that within twelve months. The distinction that matters — and that the work demonstrates — is what we do with the speed.

AI is part of our delivery infrastructure, the same way a Bloomberg terminal is part of a financial analyst's infrastructure. It does not replace the analyst. It removes the constraint on how much the analyst can cover. Our value is what we do with that coverage: the structure, the judgment, the inference and the storyline.

The commodity layer is information gathering. The differentiated layer is architecture, judgment, synthesis and implication.

AI-enabled consulting intelligence

The five layers of MECE value

Each layer is work AI cannot do on its own. Select a layer to see how it shows up in a live engagement.

Layer 01

Converting an ambiguous question into a structure that makes the incomparable comparable.

Before any research begins, someone has to decide what the question actually is and how to frame the answer. In a recent benchmark engagement, the team imposed a consistent architecture across four fundamentally different organisations operating in the same sector across four different countries — overview, strategic positioning, purpose and mandate, ownership, beneficiaries, geographic ambition, scope of services, delivery model, funding model, and lessons for the client.

That structure is not obvious. It is a judgment about what dimensions matter for a client designing a new institutional vehicle. Without it, four case studies are four separate stories. With it, they become a comparative decision tool. AI cannot make that judgment.

What this means for the model

LMC Academy trains consultants in structured thinking first — MECE logic, SCR storytelling, problem architecture — before they touch any client engagement. AI tools come after that foundation is in place. The sequence is deliberate. The consultant is the product. AI is the equipment.

Why embedded works

We operate inside the partner firm's standards, templates and client context. That proximity is what enables client-specific inference. A team working at arm's length produces benchmarking. A team working inside the engagement produces consulting.
